Job Summary

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for early-stage quality planning and management of projects, ensuring that products meet relevant standards and customer requirements;
• Coordinate with the design, procurement, and production departments to drive the achievement of quality objectives;
• Participate in the development of quality control processes and supervise their implementation;
• Analyze quality issues, propose improvement measures, and follow up on the effectiveness of corrective actions.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Quality Management, Engineering, or related fields;
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills;
• Basic understanding of quality management systems; relevant experience is preferred but not required;
• Detail‑oriented, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
