Job Summary

Responsibilities:

• 1.

Supplier Qualification & Development:

• Lead new supplier audits, assessments, and qualification processes.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives at supplier sites to enhance their quality systems and manufacturing capabilities.

• 2.

Incoming Quality Control & Problem Solving:

• Manage the incoming quality control process and address supplier-related defects.

• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA) using tools like 8D, 5-Why, and SPC for supplier non-conformances. 3. Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP)

• Collaborate with suppliers on APQP activities, including review and approval of key deliverables such as FMEA, Control Plan, and PPAP. Performance

Monitoring & Relationship Management:

• Monitor and report on supplier quality performance metrics (e.g., DPPM, PPM, Yield Rate).

• Serve as the primary quality contact for suppliers, fostering strong partnerships and effective communication.

Drawing & Specification Review:

• Review and validate supplier understanding of engineering drawings, specifications, and quality requirements to ensure compliance. Oversee travel per requested

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronic, or Other Related Flied engineering.
• Good English read & write.
• Well communication with supplier.
• Quality data analysis & report preparation.
• High power (PSU, BBU, power shelf) experience is preferred.
• Professional, organized, teamwork, flexible, passionate and self – motivated
