Job Summary:

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an RPA Developer located in Guadalajara,North Campus.

Reporting to the **Senior Manager - HR Digital Transformations & RPA,**the RPA Developer role involves… Responsible for driving solutions and actions for the business, employees, and human resources teams using systems, tools, and data managing the end-to-end build, test, and deployment.

What a typical day looks like:

• Hands-on experience on RPA tools with Ui Path experience is highly preferred.
• Expertise in managing end-to-end build, test, and deployment.
• Clearly understand the design from the project lead to develop the solution for cloud/on-prem attended, unattended, and hybrid bots.
• Work closely with Process Leads in understanding the functional requirements, and exceptions and provide solution design & architecture.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Able to design technical specification documents for RPA Projects.
• Experience developing and consuming APIs.
• Asset management in Orchestrator
• Custom package development & deploy for automations
• Experience with Databases (SQL or NoSQL)
• A good understanding of formal software development practices and procedures, Source code management process, and Version control using Azure DevOps or GitHub.
• Strong Analysis and problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly understand and articulate technical information and application concepts.
• Must be able to work independently and prioritize work effectively, as well as to function as an effective team member in a local and virtual team development environment.
• Work with various stakeholders including front-end UI developers to build the interface with a focus on Re-usability features.
• Serve as an escalation point for all technical and architectural issues, understand of infrastructure issues, and lead problem identification/error resolution process with different technical domains.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience Mid in a similar position.
• English intermediate.
• Experience with RPA tools with Ui Path.
• Experience with Databases (SQL or NoSQL).
