Job Summary

What a typical day looks like:

• Responsible for material preparation for Proto, EVT and DVT builds of new development project.

• Work closely with R&D and PM to understand design RYG BOM and build demand. Follow up NPI build plan and BOM to run CTB then get actual shortage via CTB data analysis.

• Create and manage purchase orders, follow up delivery, proactively track and expedite orders to ensure on-time delivery to meet critical NPI milestones.

• Follow up ECO/MCO/Deviation to update CTB, release/change/cancel order on time.

• Work with Engineering, Production, quality team and suppliers to resolve the quality issue.

• Participate actively in NPI project meetings, providing updates on material availability, lead times, and potential supply risks.

• Coordinate with logistics and suppliers for all import/export requirements for prototype shipments.

• Follow up production notification to release work order before build start. Close work order before end of Month.

• Responsible the disposal of raw material E&O (obsolete scrap and excess transfer).

• Verify accounts with supplier monthly and response invoice issue from finance team by weekly.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor’s degree or above.

• More than 3 years of purchasing working experience. Electronic component purchasing experience is preferred.

• Sable personality, responsibility, carefulness, strong teamwork awareness and good at communication.

• It’s better have experience of ERP system.

• Good negotiation skills and cost consciousness.

• Skilled use of the Word and Excel.

• Good English skills (speaking, writing, listening) be able to negotiate in English.
