Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Product Director located in Guadalajara North, Campus.

Reporting to the **General Manager.**A Product Director in a PCBA & Box Build environment is responsible for defining and executing the product strategy while ensuring manufacturability, quality, cost efficiency, and delivery performance across the full product lifecycle. The role serves as a key link between customers, engineering, and manufacturing operations.

What a typical day looks like:

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with overall business goals.
• Manage the product portfolio across PCBA and Box Build programs, balancing cost, quality, scalability, and time‑to‑market.
• Lead, coach, and develop Product Managers and Product Owners.
• Drive product decisions that support revenue growth, margin improvement, and long‑term customer partnerships.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.
• Act as the primary product interface with customers, ensuring alignment on requirements, specifications, and change management.
• Drive DFM/DFA/DFT alignment to ensure products are designed for efficient PCBA and Box Build manufacturing.
• Oversee NPI execution from concept through ramp‑up to mass production.
• Monitor key KPIs such as adoption, revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience
• Advanced English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Required experience as a Product Manager (PCBA & Box Build).
• Experience in NPI´s & Transfers.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in: FPLC/ PPAP/ Shield System/ Agile/ GD&T/ Software Project & Product Configuration.
