Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Supply Chain Solution Analyst located in Guadalajara, North.

Reporting to the Commodity Analyst Mechanical, Supply Chain Solution Analyst role will be responsible for managing and tracking processes related to incentives negotiated with suppliers. This includes contract management, project oversight, system records, payment tracking, direct supplier contact, and coordination with internal negotiators.

What a typical day looks like:

• Manage incentive contracts and ensure proper implementation in internal systems.
• Record and maintain updated agreement details in corporate platforms.
• Track payments and reconciliations related to incentives.
• Coordinate with internal negotiators to resolve discrepancies and ensure agreement compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams in procurement, finance, and legal to ensure process alignment.
• Generate periodic reports on incentive status and key metrics.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in incentive processes.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience

Availability to move between both sites (North and South Campus)

• Effective English Communication: both verbal and written, for interaction with suppliers and internal teams.
• Advanced Excel: proficient in dynamic and pivot tables, complex formulas, macros (desirable).
• Microsoft Office: strong command of Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and especially Excel.
• SQL (basic to intermediate): ability to query databases and extract relevant information.
• User Interfaces: experience with Graphical User Interfaces, especially for data registration.
