Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Machine Operator located in Henrico, VA.

Reporting to the **Operations Supervisor,**the Machine Operator’s role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining automated production equipment while monitoring quality and inventory to ensure efficient, high-standard manufacturing.

What a typical day looks like:

• Review schedules and procedures to set up equipment, including loading components, feeders, and stencils.

• Start and monitor automated machinery, making real-time adjustments to keep production within control limits.

• Inspect products against specifications, performing reworks or equipment adjustments if quality drops.

• Track inventory, record process data, and monitor the shelf life of chemicals and sensitive parts.

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and follow proper cleaning and shutdown procedures.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• High school diploma (or equivalent) required; 1-2 years of machine operation experience and completion of company training.

• Able to read complex instructions and clearly share information with teammates and supervisors.

• Proficient in reading mechanical drawings/blueprints and using measurement tools like calipers and protractors.

• Ability to perform basic calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) for weight and distance measurements.

• Use independent judgment to solve practical problems and follow instructions in various formats (written, or diagrams).

• Able to take direction from leadership and make decisions that positively impact the team's output
