Job Summary

We are looking for a new Senior Quality Assurance Engineeremployee to be based inTczew.

Summary:

In this role, you will be maintaining quality engineering programs, standards and improvements within the organization.

What a typical day looks like:

• Ensure product and process compliance with quality requirements and standards
• Lead problem-solving activities and implement corrective and preventive actions (8D)
• Maintain and develop quality documentation (FMEA, Control Plan, work instructions)
• Participate in internal, customer, and supplier audits
• Monitor and analyze quality KPIs and drive improvement actions
• Cooperate with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, and other departments to improve quality performance

The experience/qualification we’re looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Quality, Mechanical, Industrial, Automation or related)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality within a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of quality tools: 8D, FMEA, SPC, MSA, Root Cause Analysis
• Very good command of Polish & English language
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Proactive approach, independence, and high sense of ownership
• Eligibility to work in Poland (EU).
