Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an SAP Analyst located in Bielsko-Biała, Poland.
Reporting to the **Operations IT Manager,**the SAP Analyst role involves exploring, planning, and overseeing the analysis of complex business problems by designing, implementing, and supporting cost‑effective, standardized, leading‑edge automated solutions, while collaborating closely with stakeholders to deliver technically sound, viable systems that meet business requirements and ensure successful adoption by end users.
What a typical day looks like:
- Analyze business processes and requirements and assess how they are supported within SAP
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities within SAP‑supported workflows
- Support the design, implementation, and enhancement of SAP solutions in line with business needs
- Participate in SAP‑related projects, including process improvements, system enhancements, and rollouts
- Create functional documentation, specifications, and user guidance related to SAP solutions
- Support system testing activities and assist with user acceptance testing where required
- Act as a liaison between business users, IT teams, and external partners on SAP‑related topics
- Investigate, analyze, and help resolve SAP system issues to ensure stable day‑to‑day operations
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to better leverage SAP functionality
- Support change management activities, including user communication and knowledge transfer
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- At least 4 years of experience in IT, business systems, or application support roles, preferably involving SAP
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Hands‑on experience working with SAP systems, preferably in a manufacturing or operational environment
- Understanding of business processes and how they are supported by enterprise systems
- Ability to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Experience creating documentation, reports, and presentations
- Demonstrates ownership, accountability, and the ability to manage tasks or initiatives independently
