Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Senior Buyer located in Shanghai Waigaoqiao.

Reporting to the Buyer Leader the Senior Buyer role involves in This role involves outsourcing procurement and GBS procurement follow up.

What a typical day looks like:

• 协助经理管理海外供应商
• 协助经理和公司海外采购中心交流互动
• 根据MRP制定交货计划。
• 签发订单并跟踪订单状态。
• 向供应商发布相关预测并跟踪他们。
• 推动供应商100％准时交货。
• 保持合理的库存水平。
• 及时处理不合格品，防止废弃库存的发生。
• 采购商品出现问题时，积极解决并及时升级上报。
• 完成经理交代的其他任务。

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• 大专及以上学历。
• 优秀的英文听说读写能力
• 5年以上的外企制造业采购相关经验
• 具有丰富的采购经验和较强的沟通能力。
• 熟练使用ERP系统及办公软件。
