To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Test Technician located in Aguascalientes.

Reporting to the engineering Team, Process Engineering Technician role involves supporting production floor on medical devices assembly packaging and test process. Conducts analysis, troubleshooting, evaluation, modification, and implementation of mechanical and testing process across functional areas.

Support for special tests on X-ray medical devices.

What a typical day looks like:

• Provides technical support for assembly personnel along whole build process as required.

• Analyzes, detects, identifies, and corrects technical problems and deficiencies.

• Provides training to new personnel regarding MPI´s, re-work instructions.

• Feedback to improve production line performance.

• Ensure all tool and test equipment works as intended.

• Generate reports of the incidents during the shift.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Experience in diagnosing electronic, mechanical, and electrical devices. Preparation of engineering logs to track problem resolution.

• High school, technical degree completed.

• Computer equipment management, Microsoft package management (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), modification and updating of documents related to instructions in the manufacturing process.

• Knowledge of mathematics, mechanics, electronics, and electrical (software/programming desirable).

• Schedule availability (rotating shifts).

• Teamwork.
