Reporting to the Program Management Manager, Program Manager role manages the end-to-end product lifecycle for a manufacturing program, ensuring that production, quality, safety, and cost targets are met. The Program Manager is accountable for maintaining efficient manufacturing operations to meet internal and customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets.

• In charge of tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results.

• Provide help, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required.

• Oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all adherences made relative a to product development timelines, delivery, quality and the required business metrics.

• Reviews program proposal or plan to resolve time frame, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program.

• Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of program and arranges for recruitment or assignment of personnel.

• Manage the coordination of product life cycle activities with P&L and customer satisfaction also has control for different accounts of various complexities.

• Be the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues.

• In charge of customer´s satisfaction reviews and corrective actions.

Qualifications:

• BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience

• Product & Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of electronics manufacturing, PCBA, SMT, and system integration processes.

• Engineering Background: Ability to interpret technical specifications, BOMs, and design documentation.

• Technology Familiarity: Knowledge of hardware development cycles, firmware/software integration, and test processes.

• program management skills

• Complex Program Execution: Proven experience managing large-scale, technically complex programs.

• Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead engineering, operations, and supply chain teams to deliver on time and within scope.

• Cost Analysis & Optimization: Understand cost drivers in technical programs; support P&L objectives.

• KPI Management: Track technical and operational KPIs to ensure program health.

• Risk & Issue Management: Ability to identify technical risks early and drive mitigation plans.

• Project Management Tools: MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Teams.

• Data Analysis Tools: Excel (advanced), Power BI for dashboards and reporting

• Advanced experience managing cross-functional teams (CFT),

• Solid understanding and management of Profit & Loss (P&L).

• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.

• Advanced English level

• Nice to have NPI experience.

• Open availability within business needs
