Job Summary

Anord Mardix, a Flex company, are a global group that manufactures switchgear and associated products for installation in mission-critical and live commercial buildings ranging from data centres to the international headquarters of some of the world’s largest companies.

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Tax Specialist located in Bielsko-Biala or Lodz, Poland.

What a typical day looks like:

• Preparing data for tax declarations (VAT, CIT, local taxes, and others)
• Verifying the accuracy of accounting entries in terms of compliance with tax regulations
• Responsibility for account postings related to tax settlements
• Reviewing planned transactions for tax compliance
• Supporting the Accounts Receivable team
• Collaborating with other departments
• Ensuring compliance with SOX procedures (related to internal financial controls within the company)

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• University degree in finance or accounting
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar position within a manufacturing company
• Very good command of English
• Knowledge of Polish tax regulations, including VAT, CIT, and local taxes
• Experience in cooperation with Shared Services Centers is an advantage
