Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and articulate Investor Relations Analyst to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in shaping and communicating the company’s investment narrative to the financial community. The ideal candidate will bring buy-side experience, a deep understanding of capital markets, and exceptional writing and communication skills.This is an on-site role based from our Austin, TX Corporate HQ. Fridays remote.
What a typical day looks like:

Investor Communication: Develop and maintain compelling investor materials, including earnings scripts, press releases, investor presentations, Q&A documents, and annual reports.

Market Intelligence: Monitor and analyze market trends, peer performance, and investor sentiment to inform internal stakeholders and support strategic decision-making.

Relationship Management: Serve as a key point of contact for institutional investors, analysts, and other stakeholders; coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, and conferences.

Financial Analysis: Collaborate with finance and strategy teams to interpret financial results and translate them into clear, investor-friendly messaging.

Reporting & Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate disclosure in compliance with SEC regulations and company policies.

Strategic Messaging: Help craft and refine the company’s long-term equity story and investment thesis.
What we're looking to add to our team:

Experience: 6 years of experience in investor relations, equity research, investment management, or corporate finance. Buy-side experience strongly preferred.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Communications, or a related field preferred

Writing and storytelling ability with a keen eye for detail.

Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.

Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.

Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Familiarity with IR tools and platforms (e.g., Bloomberg, Fact Set, Q4, Nasdaq IR Insight) ideal

Strong aptitude for learning
