Senior Financial Analyst

We are looking for new colleague to join our team in Tab for Senior Financial Analyst position.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Senior Financial Analyst role involves the responsibility for fostering the digitization efforts of Finance as well as actively shaping the performance (profit and working capital) of the assigned programs. We will help you achieve your goals by continuous personal development and regular career progression sessions.
What a typical day looks like:
- Partner with operations to maintain / improve overall performance of the assigned programs
- Utilize / ready to learn modern management accounting principles, promotes activity-based management, product costing
- Improve finance reporting and forecasting processes by using strong IT skills
- Proactively drive actions to improve cash-flow and long-term performance
- Analyze actual and forecast data and provide detailed commentary correlating physical activity at reporting entities to changes in forecasts and to deviations from targeted financial metrics
- Advise Program Manager on the real nature of variances against forecast
- Communicate to site management, regional functional leads
- Active participation in the monthly financial closing activities
- Assist in quarterly reviews and year-end audits
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Finance experience in manufacturing environment is a plus
- Good command of English and Hungarian
- Efficient data management with MS SQL, MS Access and MS Excel
- Flexible personality, who can adapt quickly to situations in a dynamic business environment
- Complex thinking, analytical mindset and a lot of curiosity and endurance
