Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Technical Project Manager located in Guadalajara, North.

Reporting to the Operations Engineering Manager, Technical Project Manager role will be responsible for leading and coordinating technical projects from planning through execution, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget. This role requires strong communication skills to effectively present scenarios, proposals, and project updates to clients and stakeholders.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Drive and coordinate cross-functional activities to meet operational and customer objectives, ensuring timely execution and resolution of issues.
  • Lead daily check-ins with the core team and align project priorities and timelines.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, facilities, etc.)
  • Review project progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
  • Prepare and present project updates, scenarios, and proposals to clients/stakeholders.
  • Oversee testing activities and technical implementation of industrial processes and equipment.
  • Manage budget tracking, quotations, and cost approvals for line installations and facilities.
  • Ensure project milestones are met and address any roadblocks quickly.
  • Communicate status updates and next steps with leadership and stakeholders.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

  • BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience
  • Proven experience in project management within electronic manufacturing environments.
  • Strategic thinking with a results-oriented mindset focused on continuous improvement.
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing KPIs and operational performance metrics.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills in fast-paced, high-mix/low-volume production settings.
  • Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
  • Project management or planning experience (certification preferred: PMP, Google, or similar)
  • Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills
  • Experience leading teams (directly ~5 people, indirectly up to 15)
  • Technical knowledge in testing, industrial processes, and equipment implementation
  • Experience managing budgets, quotations, and cost control
  • Experience with line installation, machinery, and facilities projects preferred
  • Strong problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written).
