Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams, which build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Global Asset Man agement Manager located at Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the Asset Management Manager,the Global Asset Management Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the portfolio of equipment and technologies used in manufacturing processes, particularly in SMT lines and automation. This role requires an end-to-end view of asset lifecycle, from selection and validation to implementation and maintenance, ensuring operational efficiency and technical compliance.

What a typical day looks like:

• Review of technical information and active project databases.
• Monitoring of working groups (Mexico and the US) that manage automation.
• Evaluation of new technologies and recent market changes. Process validation, machinery selection, and review of CAPEX requirements.
• Coordination with suppliers to ensure technical compliance.
• Participation in automation project reviews (pick & place, dispensing, inspection, soldering, cutting, etc.).
• Supervision of SMT processes, optical inspection, functional testing, and standard equipment. Comprehensive machinery management: from inspection to soldering and cutting testing.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• BA/BS in Engineering, or related field.
• Fluent English.
• Experience in SMT processes, automation, and industrial equipment.
• Knowledge of the machinery market (pick & place, dispensing, inspection, etc.).
• Ability to validate technical processes and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of databases and asset management tools.
• Availability to travel.
