To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a/an Logistics Managerlocated inShanghai Waigaoqiao.

Reporting to the Senior Customs Logistic Manager, the Import & Export Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end import and export activities, ensuring compliance with global trade regulations, and enabling efficient, cost-effective cross-border movement of goods. The role partners closely with logistics, supply chain, finance, and compliance teams to support business growth and operational excellence.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Manage end-to-end import and export operations, including trade documentation, customs clearance, and coordination with logistics service providers.
  • Ensure full compliance with international trade regulations, customs laws, export control requirements, and internal compliance policies.
  • Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, carriers, and relevant government authorities.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and assess business impact; provide risk mitigation recommendations.
  • Partner with logistics, procurement, finance, tax, and legal teams on trade-related topics.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, shipping processes, and internal control frameworks.
  • Track and analyze import/export KPIs, including shipping lead time and freight costs.
  • Provide training and guidance on trade compliance and procedures.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

  • Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in import/export operations and global trade compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of customs regulations, Incoterms, tariff classification, and export controls.
  • Experience working with freight forwarders and customs brokers.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
