Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Process Engineer located in Reynosa.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the **Process Engineer’s **role involves:

What a typical day looks like:

• Create and implement the Injection molding processes for all molds and equipment related to the molding production. To achieve consistent quality and efficiency based on data e.g. (Scientific molding methodology).
• Keep up date all Process documentation, establish optimized settings, continuous improvement.
• Provide technical leadership to molding technicians.
• Core tools up dating (PFMA, Control Plan), CQI-23, CQI-20.
• New tools & Equipment validation process.
• Experience in Automotive industry (desirable).

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Intermediate English.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Plastics Engineering, or related field.
• Establish and maintain process parameters to achieve consistent quality and efficiency.
• Analyze root causes of defects (e.g., warpage, short shots, flash) and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications.
• Work with mold makers and maintenance teams to ensure proper mold design and upkeep.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to improve cycle times and reduce costs.
• Maintain knowledge of leading-edge processing techniques and equipment.
