Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Program Administrator located at Guadalajara Campus North.

Reporting to the Program Management Manager, this role will be responsible for providing support in managing key customer accounts, ensuring operational follow-up and effective communication across all aspects of the business relationship.

What a typical day looks like:

• Provide operational follow-up with customers, including sending progress updates, daily status reports, and meeting minutes directly in English.
• Coordinate and follow up on actions derived from CFT meetings with functional areas and engineers.
• Work closely with Program and Engineering Managers to ensure activities progress according to plan, timelines, and established priorities.
• Update and maintain tracking tools such as Gantt charts, Action Trackers, and status reports, following existing formats and templates.
• Prepare reports and presentations for customers and internal stakeholders using Excel, PowerPoint, and preferably Google Workspace tools.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor’s degree completed.
• Advanced English (mandatory) for direct customer communication.
• Previous experience in administrative or operational program roles, project follow-up, or coordination with cross-functional teams.
• Experience working with reports, metrics, and action tracking.
• Previous exp working with different kinds of reports and KPI´s .
