Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute
to our growth, we’re looking to add a Team Lead - Intercompany in Pune.

What a typical day looks like:

• People Management – Guiding, Helping, and measuring their performance.

• Periodic Discussion with Team members to share the feedback.

• Handling Escalations from all stake holders and sharing the art of learning to team members.

• Monthly Meeting with Stakeholders to share the Business Metrics and understand the expectation from the site customers.

• Help & Drive team on all the KPI’s metrics, Cash collections, forecast v actuals and sustain the results

• Contribute to the process by providing ideas, finding out the opportunities to eliminate nonvalue activities for process improvement

• Support invoice Processing (Trade & Non-Trade) Activity as per the standard operating procedures and meet the targets.

• Resolve discrepant invoices as per the standard operating procedures

• Reporting activities

• Generate and update the Interco AP & AR Aging Past Dues Analysis & other MIS Reporting as per the Process

• Suggest and track passing rectification entries for the errors identified by internal QC team.

• Reconciliation of AR & AP Sub-Ledger vs Trial balance

• Interco Month end Activity on performing Reconciliation Package and Posting Accruals Entries as per the standard operating Procedures

• Support Balance Sheet reconciliation Post Month-end Activity by Providing Necessary attachment or Approval from Site Finance

• Support Audit & Compliance as per the Standard Operating Procedures.

• Maintain daily productivity log

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• B.com / BBA(Finance) / M.Com / MBA(Finance).

• Good understanding on MS applications (Basic level).

• Candidate’s with 6 - 8 years of experience in Finance & Accounting field out of which minimum of 4+ year’s exposure in Finance & Accounting processes in BPO industry with experience in handling a team of 10+ members for at least 2 years.

• Hands on experience in Intercompany function with a strong knowledge of accounting principles.

• Ability to operate independently and work toward goals and deliverables with little day to day supervision

• Ability to manage processes and projects, implementing continuous improvements.

• Understanding of global roles and responsibilities - ability to determine who to escalate issues to.

• Excellent written & oral communication skills.

• Good Problem solving skills

• Ability to multi-task & high level of attention to detail.

• Good Knowledge in MS Office Package.

• Willingness to work in complex environment with strict deadlines on projects
