Job Summary

Job Description:

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Design Hardware Development Manager located in Changi, Singapore.

What a typical day looks like:

• Responsible for leading a team of hardware development engineers who are responsible for ensuring the implementation and maintenance for enterprise wide technical architecture, systems use and maintenance in order to cooperate to the next-generation technologies integration into the architectural strategy.

• Ensure that the team is organized effectively to provide adequate support to customer inquiries.

• Allocate tasks for activities related to hardware development for prospective users.

• Work under the current business practices, processes and procedures in order to fulfill internal customer’s requirements and expectations.

• Ensure future business opportunities for leveraging data storage and retrieval system capabilities are identified, to fulfill customer’s requirements.

• Participate in technical reviews, as required.

• Participate in Customer meetings and help resolve technical issues.

• Implement appropriate HR Strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• More than 15 years experience in power electronics with background on high power in server and data center application. Experience in BBU, energy storage and rack power is a plus.

• Good interpersonal skill, able to deal with multi cultural and level of people

• Bachelor degree in electrical engineering. Master's degree, PhD is a plus.

• Self driven, team player and competitive attitude to be industry best in class
