This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience in a fast-paced supply chain environment while driving value for the business.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Conduct weekly E&O inventory analysis to identify variances, trends, and best practices to support during account reviews with SSCMs, PMs, and GAMs.
  • Assist in site training, webinars, and implementation of inventory management tools.
  • Collaborate with operations, supply chain managers, IT, legal, and other teams to ensure contractual inventory terms are digitized and maintained.
  • Support executive-level initiatives, including Customer Collaboration Platform development, Inventory Liability Management, and automation of Contractually Claimable Inventory.
  • Help identify and implement process improvements across global SIOP activities.
  • Work with data from ERP and supply chain systems (e.g., Baan, Tableau) to develop actionable dashboards and reports.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and business cases for leadership review.

Student qualities we’re seeking for this internship assignment:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Familiarity with supply chain principles, sourcing strategy, or cost analysis is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with operations and engineering teams.
  • Prior internship or coursework in procurement, logistics, or manufacturing is a bonus.

Internship Program Requirements:

  • Available to start on May 26th and work 40 hours/week (in-person) for 10-12 week Summer assignment
  • Currently enrolled in a 4-year accredited university
  • 3.0 minimum GPA
