Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Sr. Firmware Manager located in Changi, Singapore.What a typical day looks like:

Manage FW design team, responsible for projects of various size and complexity.
-
Manage all project design activities, including multiple and various electrical products FW design, feasibility studies, from project start until stable production (SP), within the project baselines.

Provide necessary leadership and support to design team leader (include EE & FW)) to ensure programs adhere to the Flex Product Life Cycle Process (FPLC) process, are executed to plans, and customer issues are handled properly.

Ensure collaborative cross-functional teamwork to effectively initiate, plan, execute, monitor and control all phases of the customer programs .

Communicate customer requirements, scope, schedule and budget constraints to cross-functional design teams
-
Manage customer relationship and act as the first escalation point for any performance issues
-
Be responsive to customer requests and ensure high Customer Satisfaction
-
Ensure effective and timely corrective action of any performance and customer service-related issues.

Support development of program estimates and quotes for future and existing business
-
Establish Program Management team goals
-
Implement appropriate HR Strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce
-
Support factory NPI team to transfer design to production in PVT and mass production ramp up.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
-
Bachelor, major in Electrical and Electronics engineering or above,15+ years Firmware design and development experience, with team management and design project management experience
-
Good experience in functional, technical, people and process management as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills.

Familiar with safety and EMC/EMI requirements and test standards for household appliances and consumer industries.
-
Excellent English reading and writing, and fluent speaking English skill.
-
10+ years of experience in an English-based work environment.

Strong team working leadership spirit.
