What a typical day looks like:

• Perform payroll validation and payroll release进行工资验算和工资发放；

• Handle labor cost accounting and labor cost ledger account Balance Sheet reconciliation人力成本账务处理和人力成本科目资产负债表的调账；

• Provide labor cost analysis report &KOI report to management team.为管理层提供人力成本分析&人力成本关键运营指标报表；

• Prepare labor cost (direct labor/MOH/SG&A）forecast report 编制人力成本(直接人工/制造费用/销售和管理费用)预算报表

• Assist in other ad-hoc assignments(Labor cost analysis between actual and forecast, standard labor cost report ,internal/external audit )协助其他临时任务(人力成本预算与实际的差异分析，标准人力成本报表制作，内外部审计)

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor or above degree, majored in Accounting / Finance(must to have);本科或以上学历，主修会计或财务相关专业；

• 1-3 years accounting related working experience（must to have）; 1 - 3年会计相关工作经验；

• Good knowledge in PRC GAAP and US GAAP, skilled at financial analysis 熟悉中美会计准则，擅长财务分析；

• Basic English ability in reading and writing(must to have); 基本的英文读写能力；

• Hands on experience in MS Excel, Power point, Outlook(must to have).实际的操作MS Excel等办公软件经验；
