What a typical day looks like:

• 负责 AMADA 数控冲床（如 EN2510 &3610型号）的数控编程、板材排版工作，确保程序准确性与排版合理性。
• 独立操作 AMADA 数控冲床完成生产加工，严格遵循工艺要求与安全规范。
• 根据产品图纸要求，编制数冲加工工艺文件，明确加工流程、参数及质量标准。
• 负责新产品的调试打样，跟踪试产过程，分析并解决打样中的不良问题，输出改进方案。
• 通过优化编程排版、调整加工参数等方式，提升现场生产效率，降低加工周期。
• 重点优化板材排版方案，提高板材利用率，控制物料损耗成本。
• 独立完成机床的日常保养工作（如清洁、润滑、参数检查等），确保设备正常运行。
• 能快速识别并解决机床常见故障，减少设备停机时间；对设备及配套工具进行预见性保养与维护，提前规避潜在故障风险。
• 积极参与公司精益生产项目，提出工艺、设备、效率等方面的改进建议，营造部门持续改进氛围。

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• 大专及以上学历，10年以上数控冲床工作经验。
• 编程软件：熟练使用4IE、AP100等 AMADA 专用数控编程软件。
• 设计与办公软件：熟练操作AutoCAD（绘图）、Solid Works（三维建模） ，及 Excel（数据统计）
• 能独立完成AMADA EN2510 &EN3610数控冲床的编程、排版、操作全流程，具备丰富的实操经验。
• 具备图纸解读、工艺分析能力，能根据图纸转化为可执行的加工方案。
• 具备问题解决能力，能快速定位加工不良、。
• 具备成本意识与精益思维，能从生产全流程优化效率与成本。
