Job Summary

Reporting to the **Finance Manager,**the AP Accountant (应付会计) role involves…

What a typical day looks like:

• Communicate with internal site finance/purchase or external companies to solve the finance issues timely.及时与内部财务沟通处理问题；
• Train the data inputs to be high efficiency in data processing and qualified to accountant position.处理会计数据;
• Check the transactions in ERP system and reconcile the statement with supplier, ensuring complying with SOX & RCTS requirement and all AP related policy.在ERP系统进行查账与调账, 确保符合SOX和RCTS的要求以及所有AP相关政策;
• Prepare the weekly/monthly reports and other reports required by immediate supervisors or site finances.按要求准备周度和月度报告;
• Review and filing the supporting documents/ reports.核对并填写文件和报告;
• Schedule all the AP tasks regularly and drive to complete on schedule.定期制订任务并按时完成;
• Ad hoc tasks or projects allocated by team leader, supervisor and management.完成上级临时交代的任务

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• 1. bachelor degree or above, with accounting related major.本科或以上毕业, 会计相关背景;
• Strong communication skill in mandarin.中文沟通能力强;
• 1 around year accounting experience, international company background is preferred有1年左右会计相关经验，外企工作经验者优先
• Be familiar with AP/Expense Claim, have clear concept to VAT and Corporation Income Tax.熟悉应付以及费用报销，了解增值税和企业所得税;
• Proficient in office software Excel, Word, Power-point etc.熟练运用 Excel, Word等办公软件;
• Basic ability in English: Read & Write.基本的英文读写能力;
