Deine Chance Werde Teil unseres High-Performance-Sales-Teams als Senior Account Executive. In dieser Rolle bist du für den signifikanten Ausbau und die strategische Weiterentwicklung eines Portfolios unserer wichtigsten Enterprise-Kunden in ganz Deutschland verantwortlich. Als „Orchestrator of Value“ verstehst du es meisterhaft, komplexe technische Observability-Lösungen in quantifizierbare Geschäftsergebnisse zu übersetzen.
Deine Aufgaben:

  • Value-Orchestration: Du entwickelst und steuerst detaillierte, mehrjährige strategische Account-Pläne für ein Portfolio hochkarätiger, komplexer Enterprise-Kunden.

  • Executive Alignment: Du baust tiefgehende „Trusted-Advisor“-Beziehungen zu den wichtigsten Entscheidungsträgern auf – einschließlich CTOs, VPs of Engineering sowie SRE- und DevOps-Leads. Dabei bringst du unsere Observability-Plattform mit deren kritischen Geschäftsinitiativen und digitalen Transformationszielen in Einklang.

  • Enterprise-Wachstum vorantreiben: Du identifizierst, qualifizierst und schließt proaktiv komplexe sechs- und siebenstellige Expansionsmöglichkeiten (Upsell, Cross-sell) ab. Hierfür analysierst du tiefgehend die technische Architektur, die Developer-Workflows und die sich entwickelnden Monitoring-Bedürfnisse der Kunden.

  • Leitung des virtuellen Teams: Du führst und koordinierst souverän das virtuelle Account-Team (bestehend aus Solution Consultants, SDRs und Marketing), um eine konsistente und professionelle Customer-Engagement-Strategie über den gesamten Sales-Zyklus sicherzustellen.

  • Forecasting Excellence: Du pflegst eine erstklassige Sales-Pipeline und lieferst präzise Quartals- und Jahresprognosen in Salesforce. Dabei bietest du fundierte Analysen zum Status deiner Deals und zu den nächsten strategischen Schritten.

  • Verhandlung & Abschluss: Du leitest Verhandlungen für großvolumige Enterprise-Agreements und Renewals und steuerst effizient komplexe Beschaffungs- (Procurement) sowie Legal-Prozesse.

Das bringst du mit:

  • Umfangreiche und erfolgreiche Erfahrung im B2B-SaaS-Vertrieb für Enterprise-Kunden mit Umsatzverantwortung (Quota-carrying), mit besonderem Fokus auf Expansion und komplexen Renewals.

  • Enterprise-Sales-Expertise: Nachweisbare Erfolge im Management von sechs- und siebenstelligen Deals mit mehr als sechsmonatigen Sales-Zyklen. Du beherrscht gängige Methoden wie MEDDPIC, Challenger- oder Value-based Selling.

  • Executive Communication: Die außergewöhnliche Fähigkeit, hochkomplexe technische Konzepte sowohl technischen Führungskräften als auch Business-Entscheidern klar, überzeugend und wirtschaftlich fundiert zu vermitteln.

  • Tiefgreifendes Verständnis der deutschen Geschäftskultur und der hiesigen Enterprise-Landschaft.

  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind zwingend erforderlich.
