Experience: Design team is seeking a proven Design Leader to join our multidisciplinary Emerging Creative team, which includes motion, video, visual design, and audio specialists.

As part Product Design Manager and part Creative Director, you will drive UX innovation that balances creativity with feasibility, transforming big ideas into impactful business results.

About the Team Emerging Creative is a team of designers specializing in dynamic media.

We collaborate closely with product design, cross-functional business units, and engineering partners to envision, create, and inspire new product and omnichannel experiences.

About You You have experience recruiting and building effective creative teams and possess deep knowledge of UX design, brand expression, and product marketing.

Experience with post-production, editorial, or narrative development workflows.

Deep expertise in design thinking, user-centered design, and high-quality craft.

Experience driving effective change management and organizational clarity.

Clear, confident communicator who can articulate creative strategy and build support at all levels.

Known for fostering trust, accountability, and strong cross-functional partnerships.

Demonstrated experience mentoring senior designers and contributing to a healthy design culture.

Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses.

You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options.

To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range.

The range for this role is **$430,000.00 - $630,000.00.**Netflix provides comprehensive benefits including Health Plans, Mental Health support, a 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer match, Stock Option Program, Disability Programs, Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts, Family-forming benefits, and Life and Serious Injury Benefits.

We also offer paid leave of absence programs.

Full-time hourly employees accrue 35 days annually for paid time off to be used for vacation, holidays, and sick paid time off.

Full-time salaried employees are immediately entitled to flexible time off.
