Netflix is one of the world's leading entertainment services, with over 300 million paid memberships in over 190 countries enjoying TV series, films and games across a wide variety of genres and languages. Members can play, pause and resume watching as much as they want, anytime, anywhere, and can change their plans at any time.
At Netflix, Talent Coordination is far more than scheduling interviews, it’s about crafting seamless candidate journeys while driving operational excellence alongside our Talent Acquisition partners.
We are looking for a Talent Coordination Lead to join our team and help shape what’s set to be a high‑impact 2026 for the Netflix Talent team. You bring experience, strong judgment, and a passion for exceptional candidate experience. You lead by example, support the growth of your colleagues, and collaborate to continuously improve processes. You adapt effectively to the evolving needs of the business and bring thoughtful judgment to your work.
What You’ll Do:
You’ll lead the day-to-day coordination operations for the wider team, owning workload distribution and understanding team capacity ensuring continuity and coverage for all roles
You’ll own the end to end interview workflow for assigned functions
Act as the primary point of contact for recruiter escalations and collaborate with TA partners to reduce friction and resolve issues on behalf of the scheduling team.
Work closely with Talent Coordinators to surface bottlenecks, resolve issues in a timely and effective way, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
Coach, mentor, and develop a team of Talent Coordinators, fostering a culture of ownership, growth, operational rigor, and continuous improvement
Partner with the Service Delivery Manager to track, analyze, and communicate scheduling metrics and operational updates. Use data and feedback loops to identify trends, inform decisions, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive meaningful, scalable improvements.
What You’ll Bring:
5 or more years of experience within Talent Acquisition or a related operations/service delivery environment.
3 or more years of people management and leadership experience.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to extract and interpret complex data turning it into actionable insights for partners and leaders
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives or projects
You are proactive, take initiative, and consistently deliver high-quality work, while collaborating effectively with others to achieve shared goals
Exceptional and effective communication skills — clear, proactive, concise — with the ability to build trusted relationships and offer constructive challenges when needed.
Why You Should Join:
At Netflix, candidate experience is critical. It shapes how top talent sees us and fuels our ability to build high-performing teams. Our Talent Coordination team creates exceptional experiences for candidates and colleagues alike. You’ll work with talented, passionate people who set a high bar, embrace feedback, and thrive in a culture of freedom and responsibility.
Inclusion is a Netflix value and we strive to host a meaningful interview experience for all candidates. If you want an accommodation/adjustment for a disability or any other reason during the hiring process, please send a request to your recruiting partner.
We are an equal-opportunity employer and celebrate diversity, recognizing that diversity builds stronger teams. We approach diversity and inclusion seriously and thoughtfully. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, ancestry, national origin, caste, sex, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity or expression, age, disability, medical condition, pregnancy, genetic makeup, marital status, or military service.
