-
Program Execution: Collaborate with APAC HR teams to execute talent programs.

-
Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
-
Judgement & Critical thinking: Demonstrated success in navigating business and/or talent partnership scenarios where there may not be clear policies or formal processes.
-
Data-Driven: Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills. Adept at exploring and analyzing data to identify insights, using data to drive business decisions, and telling/presenting a compelling story (memos, presentations, etc) that influences stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Experience in Ads, Sales, or related fields.
-
Experience working in a complex, matrixed, global organization and experience of being an HRBP for client groups in multiple locations across APAC.
