We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketing Production Manager to join our team and drive the execution of best-in-class multi-channel title campaigns in the Thailand, working with multiple internal and external stakeholders, and bridging both the creative and technical aspects of local marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities include:

Manage and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain industry-leading marketing executions that help drive our content and brand

Lead internal and external production communications and workflows with multiple stakeholders, ensuring effective exchange of campaign information and asset delivery, whilst always managing expectations.

Be a regional creative and production expert, driving workflow practices about best-in-market activations, in-market technical capabilities, and cultural nuances back with global and international teams.

Manage localization, production process, and creative approvals of promotional materials (including clearances, delivery, trafficking, etc.).

Integrate closely with internal and external trafficking teams to ensure that all asset tracking is implemented correctly, and efficiently, deadlines are met, and executions are flawless.

Work closely with regional and global teams, supporting local implementation and customization of import campaigns, and leveraging global materials to deploy local marketing experiences and creative extensions.

Act as a strategic thought partner to the Title Marketing Team, translating title strategy and creative ideas into strong, executable marketing assets/campaigns.

Own and manage creative production budget, making informed trade-offs to balance creative ambition and cost efficiency.
Qualifications:
-
At least 10 years of marketing experience, preferably at an advertising or creative agency with an emphasis on integrated campaigns

A deep and comprehensive technical understanding of end-to-end campaign execution, including online and offline video, high-impact display takeovers, rich media, D/OOH, on-ground eve Mannt activations, digital marketing, and paid social campaigns

Interest in pop culture and entertainment, with curiosity around creative and cultural trends.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with experience working with regional and global teams is preferred.

Ability to translate creative ideas through to technical and native executions, for various ad-serving platforms and proprietary publisher platforms.

Ability to manage a high volume of creative and campaign types in parallel

Knowledgeable of and familiar with leading creative and production agencies in the Thailand
