Netflix is one of the world's leading entertainment services, with over 300 million paid memberships in over 190 countries enjoying TV series, films and games across a wide variety of genres and languages. Members can play, pause and resume watching as much as they want, anytime, anywhere, and can change their plans at any time.
The Opportunity:
As Manager, Post Production, you will oversee a slate of Thai Netflix titles—spanning series and films—from development through final delivery. You will partner closely with creators, production partners, internal cross-functional teams, and post vendors to ensure that each project delivers on schedule, within budget, and at Netflix’s high technical and creative standards.
This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative role. The ideal candidate is proactive, solutions-driven, and detail-obsessed, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple titles at various stages of post simultaneously. You must be passionate about storytelling, fluent in Thai with strong English proficiency, and comfortable working across cultures and time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
-
Oversee end-to-end post-production for assigned Thai Netflix titles (series and films), from early planning through delivery.
-
Collaborate with production partners, post supervisors, and vendors to design and approve post workflows across dailies, editorial, sound, color, VFX, mastering, and final delivery (including HDR, Dolby Vision, IMF).
-
Review post budgets, schedules, and vendor bids; provide strategic feedback and guidance to both internal teams and external partners.
-
Track and manage post costs and timelines; proactively identify risks, propose solutions, and escalate issues where needed.
-
Participate in and support creative review sessions (color grading, final mix, VFX reviews, etc.).
-
Coordinate with cross-functional Netflix teams—such as Localization, QC, and Distribution—to align delivery milestones and technical expectations.
-
Maintain accurate post-production documentation, trackers, and communications using Netflix’s internal tools.
-
Build and maintain strong relationships with post vendors and freelance post crew in the Thai market.
-
Stay current with industry tools, formats, and technology, especially in 4K, HDR, cloud-based workflows, and evolving global post-production best practices.
-
Arranging and organizing workshops to upskill, outreach, and expand partners and talent pools.
Qualifications:
-
8 years of experience in post-production for film or television (studio or independent).
-
Proven experience supervising or managing Thai-language content.
-
Strong understanding of end-to-end post workflows, formats, and tools (e.g., 4K, HDR, Davinci Resolve, Avid Pro Tools, Adobe Premiere).
-
Existing relationships and hands-on experience working with Thailand’s post-production vendors and crews.
-
Highly organized, resourceful, and solutions-oriented, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
-
Comfortable managing multiple projects concurrently in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
-
Passionate about delivering high-quality content and committed to upholding Netflix’s standards.
-
Fluent in Thai (written and spoken) with strong proficiency in English.
-
Experience with VFX workflows and production is a plus.
