Align internal and external partners on creative requirements and technical execution.
Production Execution & Vendor Management

-
Champion data-informed decision-making around budgets, bids, throughput, and production health.
Operational & Strategic Impact
-
Monitor emerging trends, talent developments, and technological shifts in VFX.
-
Lead training, workshops, and industry outreach to elevate regional VFX capabilities in SEA and Chinese-language markets.
-
Strengthen Netflix’s position as a creative and technical leader in the region’s VFX ecosystem.
What We’re Looking For:
Core Experience
-
10 years of experience in VFX supervision, production, or management across film, series, or high-end streaming.
-
Proven success managing complex, multi-vendor VFX productions.
-
Experience working across Southeast Asia and/or Chinese-language markets.
-

Technical & Creative Skills
-
Strong understanding of CG, compositing, asset/shot pipelines, on-set VFX supervision, and Virtual Production tools.
-

-
Knowledge of AI-assisted workflows or emerging production technologies is a strong plus.
Leadership & Soft Skills
-
Exceptional communication across creative, technical, and executive teams.
-
Strong problem-solving orientation; thrives in ambiguity.
-
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced production environments.

-
Comfortable working without a structural hierarchy and navigating global workflows.
-
