  • Act as an internal and external point-of-contact for payment and deadline related questions.

  • Create and maintain filing for payments and back-up within a cloud-based document management system, and enter financial information into a shared deal/contract database.

  • Periodically prepare payments and deadline tracking reports for various cross-functional teams for special ad-hoc projects.

  • Maintain flexibility and openness to take on additional projects as necessary, even outside of your area of expertise.

About You:

  • You have 3-5 years of experience in contracts and payments administration, legal and/or business affairs at a television studio, production company, or law firm, or experience in production payroll and/or production finance.

  • You have the ability to read, understand and analyze legal contracts with an emphasis on financial obligations and deadlines, and the ability to articulate issues using creative, production and financial context.

  • You are a collaborative teammate and you are willing to assist your colleagues when necessary.

  • You are self-motivated, disciplined, highly organized and able to manage time effectively with the ability to pivot and adapt to shifting priorities without missing a beat.
