Job Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of overseas player communities and channels (e.g., Discord, X), including player communication and relationship management.

Support the User Research team's player recruitment efforts for research projects such as interviews, playtests, and surveys.

Manage and maintain overseas player channel resources, including external survey platforms, player communities, and player databases. Assist with the distribution of player incentives (e.g., gift cards/rewards) and related process management.

Assist in operating official social media accounts (e.g., X) to enhance player interaction and engagement. Continuously explore new channels to reach players, thereby expanding recruitment sources and providing stable support for research projects.

Support operational tasks within research projects, including player communication, scheduling, and follow-ups.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher. Recent graduates or candidates with 1–3 years of relevant work experience are welcome.

Excellent command of English and Japanese (JLPT N1 or equivalent proficiency in Japanese; TOEFL 90+ or equivalent communication skills in English).

A genuine interest in gaming communities and player behavior, with a willingness to build and maintain long-term relationships with players.

Detail-oriented and responsible, with strong execution, communication, and coordination skills. Flexible to accommodate cross-time-zone communication and interact with players outside of standard working hours when necessary.

Proactively uses AI tools to improve work efficiency, including for content generation, information organization, and process automation. Possesses a continuous drive to explore and apply new AI solutions.

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points)

Experience in managing overseas communities (e.g., Discord, Reddit, X).

Experience in player operations, player recruitment, or user research.

Familiarity with X (formerly Twitter) advertising and related growth tools.

In-depth understanding of the gaming industry and the player community ecosystem.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Has experience in managing overseas communities (e.g., Discord), operating official social media accounts, maintaining player/user relationships, or recruiting for events/tests.

Possesses strong proficiency in both Japanese (N1 or equivalent) and English (TOEFL 90+ or equivalent).

Demonstrates a very high sense of responsibility, strong execution skills, and excellent communication abilities. Is willing to communicate with players/users outside of work hours when required.

Is proficient with various AI platforms, especially Discord bots, and is eager to actively use AI to improve work efficiency and output quality.

Has a solid understanding of Japanese gamers and the Japanese gaming market.
