Job Description

Define the interaction principles between players and game, transforming interfaces into intuitive tools that give players full control and mastery over the game experience.

Design interaction methods for various gameplay mechanics, helping players engage more effectively with the game and immerse themselves in its emotional journey.

Qualifications

Passion for gaming and a desire to pursue a career in the game industry, with extensive gaming experience and thoughtful insights into game experience design.

Familiarity with interaction design theories and proficiency in key design methodologies (e.g., information architecture, task flow analysis, interactive prototyping).

A user‑centric mindset combined with a rigorous, detail‑oriented approach to design.

Broad knowledge base and keen observation skills, with a curiosity for new trends and innovations.

Strong analytical and creative communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.

International perspective and cross‑cultural work capability; proficiency in a foreign language as a working language is preferred.
