Job Summary

We are looking for skilled Application Engineers to manage the end‑to‑end lifecycle of enterprise applications, including application maintenance, production support, enhancements, and performance optimization. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Java,Spring Boot,Angular,Kubernetes,AWS, and Oracle Web Logic, along with a solid understanding of modern application development and deployment practices.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities Application Maintenance & Enhancements- Develop, enhance, and optimize application components using Java,Spring Boot, and Angular.

• Knowledge in customer support and professional services application would be preferred.
• Implement new features, enhancements, and integrations based on business requirements.
• Ensure code quality through proper testing, reviews, and adherence to best practices.
  Production Support- Provide L2/L3 support for production systems, ensuring high availability and quick resolution of incidents.
• Candidate should be willing to work in shifts on a rotation basis
• Troubleshoot issues across application layers—UI, backend services, APIs, and middleware.
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement long‑term corrective actions.
  System Operations & Deployment- Manage containerized deployments on Kubernetes clusters.
• Work with AWS services to support cloud‑based application operations.
• Administer and support applications deployed on Oracle Web Logic Server.
  Collaboration & Documentation- Partner with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, Architecture, and Business to ensure smooth delivery.
• Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and support runbooks.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  Required Skills & Qualifications- Strong programming experience with Java,Spring Boot, and RESTful services.
• Hands-on experience with Angular for front-end development.
• Solid understanding of Kubernetes, containerization (Docker), and microservices architecture.
• Experience deploying and managing applications on AWS.
• Strong debugging, log analysis, and performance tuning skills.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).
• Good understanding of relational databases and SQL.
  Preferred Qualifications- Experience with monitoring tools such as Instana, Grafana, CloudWatch, or Splunk.
• Knowledge of automation tools and scripting (Shell, Python).
• Exposure to Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban).
• Knowledge of secure coding practices and application security concepts.
  Soft Skills- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Customer‑centric mindset with a focus on quality and reliability.

Education

· Good to have 4 – 8 years of experience working in large technology teams

· B-Tech in computer science, engineering or relevant field.

· Extensive technical experience in IT application technology domain.
