Software Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Data & Analytics professional with strong expertise in Python and Power BI to support data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will be responsible for data extraction, transformation, analysis, visualization, and reporting, delivering actionable insights to business stakeholders.

Job Requirements

• Develop, maintain, and optimize data pipelines using Python
• Perform data cleaning, transformation, and analysis on structured and unstructured datasets
• Design and build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
• Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into analytical solutions
• Implement ETL processes and ensure data quality and integrity
• Automate repetitive tasks and workflows using scripting (Python)
• Monitor and troubleshoot data-related issues
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data trends
• Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, Num Py etc)
• Hands-on experience with Power BI (DAX, data modeling, dashboard design)
• Good understanding of SQL and relational databases
• Experience with data transformation and ETL processes
• Knowledge of data visualization best practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
• Typically 2–5 years of experience in data analytics or programming roles
