Job Summary

As a Sales Operations Program Manager , you will drive operational excellence for Japan GTM. You’ll lead planning cycles, improve forecasting and pipeline health, and run the rhythm of business for the region. This role partners with Sales leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver insights, streamline processes, and enable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead annual planning, forecasting, and coverage design for Japan GTM

• Drive process standardization and automation across Sales Ops workflows

• Provide actionable insights using Salesforce, Tableau, Anaplan, and Snowflake

• Facilitate governance forums (QBR/MBR) and ROB cadence

• Partner on strategic deals and support cross-functional initiatives

• 日本GTMの年間計画、予測、カバレッジ設計を主導

• 営業オペレーションのワークフローにおけるプロセスの標準化と自動化を推進

• Salesforce、Tableau、Anaplan、Snowflakeを活用して実行可能なインサイトを提供

• ガバナンスフォーラム（QBR/MBR）およびROBの運営を実施

• 戦略的案件に関与し、クロスファンクショナルな取り組みを支援

• Forecasting, Pipeline management, Sales Goaling and Sales Compensation

• Supply chain and lead time management

Job Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in Sales Operations or GTM strategy

• Proven success leading large, cross-functional programs

• Advanced analytical and communication skills

• Business-level English and Japanese

• Expertise in Salesforce, Tableau, Anaplan, and Excel
