About the role

Job Summary

We are seeking an analytical and business-minded Support Portfolio Manager to support monetization, pricing, and portfolio strategy for our Customer Succes and Support Services offerings.

This entry-level role is ideal for someone who is passionate about business strategy, technology, data analysis, and customer value. The Support Portfolio Manager will help develop pricing models, analyze service performance, evaluate market opportunities, and support initiatives that drive revenue growth and profitability across the services portfolio.

Working closely with Product Management, Finance, Sales, and Renewal teams, this individual will gain hands-on experience in how service businesses are designed, packaged, priced, and monetized.

Job Requirements

Pricing & Monetization Support

  • Assist in developing pricing strategies for support and customer success offerings.
  • Support pricing analysis, margin calculations, and financial modeling activities.
  • Maintain pricing documentation, discount guidelines, and service catalogs.
  • Help evaluate customer adoption and revenue performance of service offerings.
  • Conduct pricing comparisons against competitors and industry benchmarks.

Portfolio Management

  • Support the lifecycle management of service offerings from concept to launch.
  • Assist in defining service packages, support tiers, and customer success plans.
  • Help identify opportunities to increase attach rates, service adoption, and renewals.
  • Participate in new service offering development and packaging initiatives.

Business Analytics

  • Service revenue

  • Gross margins
  • Develop reports and dashboards to track portfolio performance.
  • Support forecasting and business planning activities.

Market Research

  • Research competitive pricing models and service offerings.
  • Analyze industry trends in SaaS, cloud, support, and customer success services.
  • Prepare market assessments and business cases for leadership review.
  • Identify emerging monetization opportunities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Customer Success, and Pricing teams.
  • Assist with pricing approvals and governance processes.
  • Support field enablement activities and pricing communications.
  • Help coordinate launches of new service offerings and programs.

Go-to-Market Support

  • Develop pricing calculators and value-based selling materials.
  • Create presentations and business reviews for stakeholders.
  • Assist with sales training and internal enablement content.
  • Support customer-facing pricing and packaging initiatives.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 4-8 years of experience in Product Management, Business Operations, Finance, Consulting, Customer Success, Professional Services, or related roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple teams and priorities.

Preferred

  • Project experience involving pricing, business analysis, strategy, consulting, or product management.
  • Familiarity with SaaS, cloud, subscription, or technology business models.
  • Experience with data visualization and analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Salesforce reporting.
  • Basic understanding of financial concepts such as revenue, margins, ROI, and profitability.
