Job Summary

Net App IAM Engineer provides development for Enterprise Identity and Access solutions and Tier 3/4 support for escalations and issues raised by IAM Operations. Identity and Access management team is responsible for Identity, Access, Privileged Access, Privileged Identity, Multifactor Authentication, and other related technologies.

Job Requirements

  • +8 years of Identity and Access Management experience
  • Microsoft Identity and Access Management (IAM)
    o +5 years of Microsoft Active Directory experience including multiple domains, trusts, multiple sites, and best security practices. Complete transition from AD to Entra ID a plus.
    o Full understanding working with Federation protocols (SAML, OAuth2.0, OpenID Connect) and SCIM
    o Experience with Microsoft MS Azure AD B2C
    o Experience in building custom claims for applications though CLI.
    o Experience with B2B user lifecycle (invitation, onboarding, management, offboarding)
    o Experience with MFA, PIM, Conditional Access, Identity Protection, Identity Governance Administration, and other security-related MS Azure products
    o Experience provisioning from HR systems to MS Entra ID and MS Entra ID provisioning to further downstream systems.
  • Experience with LDAP Directory, Authentication/Authorization systems, and Federation solutions from other vendors (e.g. Oracle, Ping, Okta, Sail Point, etc)
  • Experience with Account Provisioning and Certification systems
  • Experience in building access policies using JSON or PowerShell.
  • Good understanding and experience with PowerShell, scripting, automation with Azure functions, MS Graph, Entra ID API's, Consent and Permissions.
  • Experience in Hybrid Entra ID joined, Entra ID joined, and Workplace joined devices
  • Understanding of identity requirements for mobile applications
  • Windows, Unix/Linux & VMware
  • PERL, Java, Shell Scripting, HTML 5

Strong written, verbal and presentation skills

Ability to effectively explain complex technical concepts and apply to business problems

Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, peers, and leadership to drive results and action

Ability to work collaboratively with other IAM team members to support deadlines

Ability to work independently – defining goals and timelines, aligning within team, interfacing and influencing other teams to facilitate efforts.

Excellent aptitude for learning new technologies and understanding how to utilize them in a customer-facing environment.

Ability to follow standard engineering principles and practices.

Education

IC - Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience.

Compensation:

The target salary range for this position is 153,000 - 227,700 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. The range is based on 'On Target Earnings’ (OTE) representing the total potential earnings, which is the sum of the base salary and potential commission earned when performance targets are achieved. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off, various Leave options, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s). These offerings are subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
