Net App Japanのパートナー営業として、担当Reseller様とのビジネス拡大を担っていただきます。担当Reseller様自身の戦略、強みを理解し、円滑なコミュニケーションを取り、良好な関係を維持し、販売機会を創出します。

【職務内容】

・担当Reseller様のExecutiveとのRelationship構築・維持
・担当Reseller様のフロントの営業部門、SE部門、横串組織とのコンタクトポイントの拡大し、ビジネスチャンスの発掘、販売機会の創出
・組織を横断して、弊社のソリューション、製品の浸透を図る
・担当Reseller様の強みを活かし、共同でソリューション開発を行う

Job Requirements

【必須要件】

・IT業界にて5年以上の実務経験
・パートナービジネスの十分な理解
・日本語による、文書および口頭での優れたコミュニケーション能力
・語学力（英語）

・パートナーのマネージメントスキル、数字への責任感のある方
・複雑な課題を戦略的に捉えて提案を行い、アクションプランを立案できること
・社内関連チームとのスムーズなコミュニケーション能力

雇用形態：正社員・期間の定め無
試⽤期間：3か月（試用期間中の勤務条件に変更はありません）
就業時間：9:00－17:30 （フレックス制 or 裁量労働制）
