Position Summary : Field Sales Supervisor ( FSS ) - GT Channel

  • Center Region – Qassim Area

The Field Sales Supervisor role focuses on driving growth, executional excellence, and customer partnerships in retail channel . This is achieved with a focus on delivering the overall value of retail (VOR) to include sales, displays, new items and core distribution. Activities center on coverage of Nestlé items, including systemic problem solving related to full route coverage, drop size, market share, success rate. The position covers Qassim & Hail Area and the ideal candidate should live in Qassim Area – Center Region

Responsibilities:

  • Achieving monthly and annual sales targets (Volume, value)

  • Ensure and enhance full route coverage, drop size, market share, success rate.

  • Follow up and audit the collection from the customers.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure optimal product placement and visibility.

  • Conduct training and development sessions for team members to enhance their sales skills.

  • Check and follow up on sales actions and conduct surveys to gather feedback and improve sales strategies.

  • Utilize sales tools and software to track performance, manage customer relationships.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales activities.

  • Uphold Nestlé’s standards of quality, safety, and ethical business practices in all field operations.

  • Supervision on collaborating and ensuring product knowledge by in person and phone communication.

  • Supervision on collaboration with targeted customers to create and execute business reviews that drive volume.

  • Leads expenditure of financial resources in a fiscally responsible manner.

  • Ensures compliance to pricing guidelines at retail level.

  • Reports competitive price changes and promotional support and resolves competitive pricing issues.

  • Identify and correct voids and ensure new items are available.

  • Communicates market insights from the retail level to management.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.

  • +5 years of relevant experience sales Field, preferably in the food & beverage sector.

  • Previous experience supervising retail routes & field team.

  • Must have excellent customer service and organizational skills, as well as attention to detail.

  • Must possess strong communication (oral and written), selling and analytical skills.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word/Outlook) and other POS systems.

  • Ability to analyze financial, inventory, retail conditions and other data to utilize appropriate selling techniques.

  • Must be willing and able to travel.

  • Valid Saudi Driving License required.
