Location: Nestlé Business Services, Meycauayan, Bulacan

The Business Solutions Specialist supports the deployment of Salsify in Nestlé Purina.
He/she takes ownership of the technical deployment, its success and acts as an extension of the business team.

The Business Solutions Specialist will closely collaborate with market Digital Shelf Managers, e Commerce and Marketing teams and his/her co-specialists.
Focus will be on quality and deadlines, ensuring standards and Nestlé guidelines and e Retailer channel requirements are respected for each deliverables, aiming for high level of quality in all tasks and act as an partner of choice for the Businesses.

What You’ll Do

• Project Management: understand business needs, define and follow project plan & project charter, risk management, project tracking

• Define and manage the local learning portfolio for ad hoc needs (e.g., function-specific competencies, local compliance, unique technologies)

• Support the Team to deliver Business requests + be a proactive force of propostion

• Set and automatize queries for automating tasks inside tools (as Snowflake, or Salsify).

• Intervene in the Tool when needed : Set up webhooks and scripts to adapt the solution to different endpoints and retailers.

• Understand the link between different platforms used to deliver data to the e Retailers (Prompt, PDH, SAP, Content Hub) to optimize it.

• Setup and maintain API connections between PIMs and big data solutions (Snowflake, Azure…) and Salsify.

• Capable to connect and manage dasboards in Power Bi from Salsify and other sources data (PDH, Snow Flake, etc)

Key Skills & Competencies

• Graduate with a degree in Marketing or any related courses

• Proven experience managing and/or coordinating e Commerce/PIM/Publication platforms

• Salsify a definite plus

• Proven Project Management experience

• Excellent speaking, writing and editing skills in English

• Familiarity with learning technologies and digital platforms.

• Highly proactive, motivated, and innovative thinker, with ability and willingness to share his/her knowledge with peers

• Solid understanding of Product Information process (creation, storage, syndication, publication) and Digital Shelf

• Solid understanding of system integrations, and ability fast understanding of new systems
