This role follows a Full-Time rotating roster with a mix of late-night trading shifts and alternate weekends.
What you’ll do:

Inspire and energise your team to create unforgettable customer experiences every day.

Coach and empower staff, fostering a collaborative environment committed to service excellence.

Drive smooth boutique operations and lead by example in both customer service and efficiency.

Motivate your team to achieve goals and celebrate wins as a group.

Engage customers with your coffee passion, expert product knowledge, and high-impact sales skills.

Ensure all admin and reporting tasks are handled accurately, keeping the boutique on track.
