Position Summary

Nestlé Waters is the global leader in bottled water, proudly producing Al Manhal and Nestlé Pure Life in Saudi Arabia.

In this you will be responsible for overseeing and managing distribution employees in your team to achieve the day to day and monthly sales target

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure product flow in a timely manner and that product flow problems are identified early and are proactively resolved
• Ensure to gain new customers to compensate quite customers or to increase efficiency of route.
• Follow up with customers’ complaints to resolve their issues effectively to ensure customer satisfaction
• Plan and schedule efficient use of manpower to increase sales in order to meet departmental objectives set by the Management
• Maintain highly motivated workforce by timely communications, displaying an attitude of consistency and fairness
• Adhere to the Nestlé SHE rules and procedures at all times during the working hours to ensure own and others safety

Qualifications:

• Associate degree or Bachelor degree in Marketing or Business Administration or equivalent
• 2 – 3 years of experience in similar position preferably in FMCG sector
