Position Summary

A day of life of...

ISIT Coordinator

  • Provide high commitment as first level systems usage support of the installed computing environment (Office automation tools, LAN, WAN, host access, desktop and laptop computers, printers, RF device, etc.) and troubleshoot problems to resolution (first level support).

Digitalization

  • Escalates and report the problem to Service Desk Nestle Indonesia for unresolved issues.

  • Train the user on using IT equipment and system.

  • Liaise with IT supports HO to implement changes for service improvement and assist second level IT support HO in problem resolution

Asset Support

  • Prepares Fixed Assets Reporting and PEC task monthly

  • Reclassification journal, adjustment for correcting errors, reconciliation of functional area 0004, Assets under construction aging report to ensure timely capitalization of completed projects, depreciation forecast -

  • Implementation of relevant changes published in the Nestle Accounting Standards.

  • Coordinates physical asset monitoring

  • Monitors assets acquisition, scrapping, sale, transfer and impairment

What will make you successful?

  • Minimum Bachelor from Information Technology background

  • Having minimum experience 2 years in similar role

  • Good technical and analytical skills

  • Initiative and problem-solving capabilities

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Well organized, flexible and adaptable and works well in a team environment

  • Sound understanding of business principles

  • Having knowledge in SAP financial modules is an advantage
