Position Summary
Nestlé Waters is the global leader in bottled water, proudly producing Al Manhal and Nestlé Pure Life in Saudi Arabia.
- As part of our commercial expansion, we are seeking a Field Sales Supervisor
- Traditional Trade, to join our Riyadh team.
This role focuses on driving growth, executional excellence, and customer partnerships in retail channel.
A DAY IN THE LIFE …
-
Achieving monthly and annual sales targets (Volume, value)
-
Ensure and enhance full route coverage, drop size, market share, success rate.
-
Follow up and audit the collection from the customers.
-
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure optimal product placement and visibility.
-
Conduct training and development sessions for team members to enhance their sales skills.
-
Check and follow up on sales actions and conduct surveys to gather feedback and improve sales strategies.
-
Utilize sales tools and software to track performance, manage customer relationships.
-
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales activities.
-
Uphold Nestlé’s standards of quality, safety, and ethical business practices in all field operations.
What Will Make You Successful…
-
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
-
+4 years of relevant experience sales Field, preferably in the food & beverage sector.
-
Previous experience supervising retail routes & field team.
-
Valid Saudi Driving License required.
