Position Summary Recruitment SR Analyst can execute and managing the recruitment and selection processes, according to the times and procedures linked to the LATAM markets. What will make you successful • Previous experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition; • Previous experience managing recruitments for areas of Marketing, social media, digital, technology and similar areas; • Expertise to deal with managers and executives; • Advanced English is mandatory • Good communication, organization, proactivity; • Experience in managing work teams; • Knowledge of search engines such as LinkedIn (Recruiter) • Having worked with Employer Brand will be a differential • Intermediate Excel • Stakeholder Management.
